Easy Return Policy
CTS give you the liberty of returning the purchased merchandise in case of any kind of defects or wrong product delivered. You need to contact CTS regarding the damaged goods or wrong shipment within 10 days of the delivery. No products will be accepted for return after 10 days from the receipt of goods. You need to have the receipt of payment for returning the products. Without a proper payment receipt, your request of return won’t be considered.
How to place a return request?
You can contact us by calling our customer care department via the contact number provided, the fax number or an email to our team. Once you place the return request, we shall arrange a pick up for the product, and provide you with a return authorization number.
Note: No merchandise will be accepted without a return authorization number for any kind of credits.
Terms for Return –
Place return request before 10 days from the date of receipt.
You need to present the payment receipt while returning the product.
Merchandise should be returned in unused condition.
Keep the original packaging intact.
Defective merchandise is returnable for credit.
You shall receive the credits only after a thorough inspection.
Inspection Process –
The defective products you return shall be exchanged in terms of credits. However, we shall run an inspection of the merchandise before crediting your account. If no defect is found in the returned item, then it shall be returned to you with the next order.
Some Exceptions –
Orders returned in error are subject to a 25% restocking charges. They must be returned with prepaid freight. All the collect shipments will be refused in any such case.
Things To Note –
The CTS reserves the right to ask for a valid identification before accepting the return request.
The CTS reserves the right to refuse or limit acceptance of the merchandise return for any reason at any time.
We will only accept return requests of the merchandise purchased from the CTS.
CTS reserve all the right to cancel your return request due to any specific reasons.
