Merchandise purchased in store or online can be returned at the store within 30 days of the purchases, attached with the original receipt. We kindly ask our customers to inspect the items before they pick up from the store to ensure that items are not damaged or defective.
If any items were shipped directly to your delivery address, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours timeframe if your merchandise is damaged or incorrect. We will do our best to make it right. All items will be inspected for defective returns and if any defect is found, then Building Supplies Ltd will not accept the product for return. * Please note that when refunding products, truck delivery charges will be excluded.
If you have received any incorrect items in the delivery, we will deliver your correct items and will pick up the incorrect items at no cost to you. Please make sure that all incorrect or return items are unopened and complete in their original factory packaging. If any items show signs of having been used or installed, then they will not be accepted for return.
If you decided to return items for any reason, you must call/email before your arrival and get a Return Authorization Number (RAN). You need to bring in or ship the merchandise at your own cost to the store to get your refund, returns or exchange.
Special orders and clearance items are intended for final sale. Building Supplies Ltd will not be accepting any returns, exchanges, and refunds on final sales. All other returns can be returned up to 25% restocking fee. Please clarify with the customer service representative about the restocking fee before placing the order.
Any item that comes with a warranty is covered by Building Supplies Ltd up to 30 days from purchases and thereafter you can contact the manufacturer directly. Material that has been left in outdoor environments where the product is damaged or unsellable, is not permitted for refunds or exchanges.
